RasoiKhata ("we", "us") provides restaurant operating software to help you run billing, inventory, staff, and customer records for your outlet. This page explains what we collect, why, and how it's protected.
When you create an account, we collect your restaurant name, your name, phone number, and email address — nothing more is required to start. As you use the product, your outlet's data (menu, inventory, orders, customer records your team enters, staff accounts) is stored under your restaurant, isolated from every other restaurant on the platform.
Every restaurant's data is separated at the database level, not just hidden in the interface — a technical safeguard (row-level security) that makes it impossible for one restaurant's login to query another's records, even if the application layer were compromised.
Customer records you add (name, phone, visit history) belong to your restaurant. We don't sell or share this data with third parties, and we don't use it to contact your customers on your behalf.
We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, you can request an export of your data before deletion.
Passwords are never stored in plain text. Sensitive actions like voids and refunds require manager-level approval, and all such actions are logged in an immutable audit trail that can't be edited or deleted, even by us.
